(a) Other paid jobs and whether I intend to continue to hold them, if elected
I am currently a Partner of Finsbury Limited, a financial communications company where I have worked since 2003, advising industrial companies.
I remain employed full time, but on a sabbatical, which started on March 25th 2010 and runs until May 6th 2010.
If I am elected I will become a part time employee and, will provide financial communications advice to my existing clients for up to 10 hours per month.
(b) positions of responsibility in some types of organisation, even if unpaid, and whether I intend to continue to hold them, if elected.

(c)(i) Directorships, and whether I intend to continue to hold them, if elected.
None held, other than Partnership of Finsbury Limited which is not a public company and is wholly owned by WPP plc.
(c)(ii) Clients, and whether I intend to continue to advise them, if elected.
In my capacity as a Partner of Finsbury I have provided financial communications and investor relations advice to the Chairmen, CEOs and Finance Directors of the following companies:
Engineering : Tomkins plc ; Morgan Crucible plc
Mining & Metals Companies : Rio Tinto plc ; Vedanta Resources plc ; African Barrick Gold plc ; Hochschild Mining plc
Construction & Building Materials: CRH plc ; NSG Pilkington Limited
Agribusiness : Trigon Agri
If I am elected I may provide some continuing advice to some or all of these clients for the period of up to 10 hours per month in which I would be working for Finsbury
(c)(iii) Land and property, and whether I intend to continue to hold this, if elected.
The only property I own is my flat in Worcester, 6 Victoria Institute, Sansome Walk, Worcester WR1 1DF
I currently have an offer outstanding on a flat in London, for which, if it is successful, I have no intention of claiming any financial support.
(c)(iv) Shareholdings, and whether I intend to continue to hold these, if elected.
None of sufficient scale to be declarable.
(d) Tax matters
I support the next Conservative government's requirement that anyone who sits in either house will be required by law to be a full UK taxpayer.
I confirm that for the tax year 2008/9 and throughout my life, I have not claimed to be or been treated as non-resident, not ordinarily resident or non-domiciled in the UK for tax purposes.
(e) Any other interests which I consider relevant.
