Backing world-class schools and fairer funding

I have put fairer funding for schools at the core of my advocacy in parliament having previously been the vice-Chair of the cross party f40 campaign. I regularly meet with Education Ministers to advocate for higher funding for schools in Worcestershire.

I was pleased that the Prime Minister recently announced a further £4.6 billion with the aim of increasing per pupil funding to at least £4,000 at primary schools, and £5,000 at secondary schools, and I will advocate for schools in Worcester to receive a fair slice of this funding.
